Encouraged by the response, he later introduced a chocolate variety that delivers the rich, creamy flavor of popular chocolate or hazelnut spreads, but with less sugar, less fat, and none of the allergens.

Eight years later, The Amazing Chickpea has grown far beyond its humble beginnings, now reaching customers across the nation.
